Controlled Designation of Origin
This wine with a long tradition is produced with the typical Carmignano blend. It owes its bright pink colour to the short period during which the skins remain in contact with the must. Made using the cold controlled fermentation technique, it stands out for its great freshness and flavour. It has an intense fruity-floral aroma and is the ideal accompaniment to fish or cold meat starters and fried foods. It can also be served as an excellent aperitif. To fully enjoy all its qualities, it is best served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
Aromas: Balsamic, citrus notes, small red fruits, small red flowers, aromatic herbs.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
