Controlled Designation of Origin
This wine, made from carefully selected Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, is produced in extremely limited quantities. After being left to dry on mats, the grapes are pressed in January and the must obtained is placed in small chestnut barrels, where it ferments slowly and matures for a minimum of three years. Deep golden yellow in colour, it is a full-bodied, harmonious, sweet and velvety wine. Its intense and persistent aroma pairs perfectly with various biscuits and dried figs. To fully enjoy all its qualities, it is best served at room temperature.
Aromas: Balsamic, honey, toasted dried fruit, candied fruit, notes of bitter orange.
Alcohol content: 16%
