Controlled Designation of Origin

This wine is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo grapes, harvested by hand and carefully selected. The wine obtained is aged in oak barrels for at least 6-8 months. With an intense and brilliant ruby colour, it has a typical and persistent aroma, with a dry, savoury, full-bodied and harmonious flavour. It is a wine for all courses, ideal with meat ragù pasta dishes, roasts and game. To fully enjoy all its qualities, it is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Aromas: Balsamic, ripe cherry, red flowers, black pepper.

Alcohol content: 13.5%.
