Obtained from Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino olives, our oil is the result of careful processing. The olives, harvested by hand, are pressed within 24 hours using the continuous cold pressing method. This speed and the quality of the olives guarantee a finished product of the highest standard.
