Description
Vin Ruspo DOC is a rosé wine with a long tradition, produced with the same grapes as Carmignano.
It obtains its bright rosé colour from brief contact between the must and the skins.
Cold fermented, it retains its freshness, flavour and intense fruity-floral aromas.
Perfect with fish starters, cold cuts and fried foods, or as an elegant aperitif.
Serve at 12-14°C.
